• Today we are making crispy & tasty Suji Aloo Sev
0:18 – Step 1: Heat the Water
• Take a kadhai and add 2 cups of water
• Turn on the flame
• Add 2 tablespoons salt
• Cover with lid and bring to a boil
1:02 – Step 2: Add Suji
• Once the water is boiling, add 2 cups of suji
• Mix well so there are no lumps
• Turn OFF the flame
• Cover and rest for 15 minutes
2:10 – Step 3: Prepare the Dough
• After resting, transfer suji to a large plate
• Grate 6–7 boiled potatoes
• Mix potatoes into the suji thoroughly
• Let it rest for 5 minutes
3:20 – Step 4: Heat the Oil
• Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying
• Grease the kitchen press with oil
• Fill it with the suji–aloo dough
4:15 – Step 5: Fry the Sev
• When the oil is hot, press sev directly into oil
• Keep flame high for crispiness
• Fry until light golden brown
• Remove onto a plate
• Repeat the same for all sev
6:10 – Final Look
• Crispy Suji Aloo Sev is ready
