Power Conduit was buffed in the most recent patch through Cosmic Wisdom becoming now permanent. This is a change that I think is great long term, as the overwhelming amount of feedback about Power Conduit wanted Cosmic Wisdom to be permanent in some way.
However, permanent cosmic wisdom is both a kiss and a curse. The new rotation is the best of both worlds: you have the fast legend swap gameplay with permanent Cosmic Wisdom. The problem is that permanent cosmic wisdom buffed what was already an overtuned build. I'm hopeful that the gameplay loop stays the same, but ArenaNet adjusts the numbers accordingly.
Numbers can go 200-300 dps higher with good rng, i will do more attempts if I'm up to it
