Important Instructions and Precautions Before Practicing Yoga
1. Empty Stomach

2. Proper Clothing

3. Clean and Quiet Environment
Practice in a clean, well-ventilated, and peaceful space, preferably with natural light.
4. Medical Conditions

5. Avoid Overexertion
Do not push your body beyond its limits. Yoga is not a competition — listen to your body.
6. Warm-up First
Begin with simple stretches or warm-up exercises to prepare your body.

8. Breathe Normally
