60 GHz Radar Testing for Testing of In-Cabin Monitoring Systems
Automated driving also requires monitoring of drivers and passengers in the vehicle.
Especially for monitoring of the interior space, radar solutions operating at 60 GHz are the first choice. To test the radar sensors used for such tasks, we have expanded our range of solutions in the field of radar target simulation.
In this Innovation Coffee Break, Alexander Trapp, product manager for the dSPACE Automotive Radar Test System DARTS, presents our solution that makes it possible to operate any DARTS in the 60 GHz V band. Our system can simulate human heart and breathing frequencies which is an essential factor in monitoring interior space.
