This is how I fixed my TCR from breaking First Strike rounds in the breech.
You can use just sand paper starting with low grit and work your way up to higher grits to make it smooth. I used a dremel tool to grind it out a little and then sanded it with different sand papers to make it smooth and then polished it with my dremel tool.
Since making this change I've been through 100+ First Strikes with no issues!
