Scouting for BIG FISH Turned Into a Visit w/ the GAME WARDEN.... (Monsters Caught!!!)

Описание: Today we are going on a scouting mission chasing down multiple species. It's the time of year where fish are starting to transition to new areas and we like to take a day or so each week to try to figure out their movements and positioning. Starting off, Im going down to a spillway to chase some early spring saugers. They are a crepuscular species, meaning they are most active during the twilight hours and into the night, following that, we are checking on the water temps at a different lake and to see what the big crappie are doing. Ended up catching one of the biggest ones of the year and learned some valuable information that should lead to an epic fishing day soon. Finally, we went to check on the river warm water discharge to see if anything was biting. our last few visits up there didn't yield us with much success and wanted to see if anything had changed. We were short on time, but were very surprised and excited to see that there were a few fish biting up there. Wound up catching a couple of really big ones!
