Описание: ক্ষুদ্র ও ই-কমার্সকেন্দ্রিক উদ্যোক্তাদের জন্য বিদেশে পণ্য রপ্তানি এবং রপ্তানি আয়ের অর্থ দেশে আনার প্রক্রিয়া আরও সহজ করেছে সরকার। এখন থেকে ইএক্সপি ফরম পূরণ ছাড়াই এক হাজার মার্কিন ডলার বা তার সমপরিমাণ বৈদেশিক মুদ্রার পণ্য রপ্তানি করা যাবে।বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক গত সপ্তাহে দুটি পৃথক প্রজ্ঞাপন জারি করে এই নির্দেশনা দিয়েছে। এত দিন পর্যন্ত ইএক্সপি ফরম ছাড়া সর্বোচ্চ ৫০০ মার্কিন ডলার বা সমপরিমাণ পণ্য রপ্তানির অনুমতি ছিল। নতুন নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী সেই সীমা দ্বিগুণ করা হয়েছে। ফলে ক্ষুদ্র ও ই-কমার্স উদ্যোক্তারা আরও সহজভাবে ডিজিটাল মাধ্যমে পণ্য রপ্তানি করতে পারবেন বলে মনে করছে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক।আরেকটি প্রজ্ঞাপনে বলা হয়েছে, ডিজিটাল ব্যবস্থায় রপ্তানি আয় দেশে আনার কাঠামো সম্প্রসারণ করা হয়েছে। এখন থেকে যেসব রপ্তানির ক্ষেত্রে ইএক্সপি ফরম পূরণের প্রয়োজন নেই, সেসব রপ্তানির অর্থ দেশে আনা যাবে বিকাশ, নগদ ও রকেটের মতো বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত মোবাইল আর্থিক সেবাদাতা প্রতিষ্ঠান (এমএফএস) এবং পেমেন্ট সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার (পিএসপি)-এর মাধ্যমে।

The government has made it easier for small and e-commerce entrepreneurs to export goods abroad and bring back export earnings. From now on, goods worth US$1,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency can be exported without filling the EXP form. Bangladesh Bank issued two separate notifications last week and gave this instruction. Until now, a maximum of US$500 or its equivalent was allowed to be exported without an EXP form. According to the new instructions, that limit has been doubled. As a result, Bangladesh Bank believes that small and e-commerce entrepreneurs will be able to export goods more easily through digital means. Another notification said that the framework for bringing export earnings into the country through the digital system has been expanded. From now on, for exports that do not require filling the EXP form, those export earnings can be brought into the country through Bangladesh Bank's licensed mobile financial service providers (MFS) and payment service providers (PSPs) like bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
