Hey guys! My wife and I took a trip down to Joshua Tree & Palm Springs for our five-year anniversary. We spent a week at an Airbnb called The Solarium*- a hidden cacti garden retreat. After a week in Joshua Tree, we stayed at Korakia Pensione, a Moroccan-Mediterranean style hotel right in the heart of Palm Springs, CA. We enjoyed the insane heat and sunshine, a lot of pool days, and yummy food!

1. Joshua Tree National Park is one of California's two spectacular national desert parks and a fabulous place to visit if you enjoy the outdoors. Our top trails/hikes are:
Hidden Valley Nature Trail (1-mile loop trail)
Barker Dam Nature Trail (1.3-mile loop trail)
Ryan Mountain Hike (3-mile up-and-down hike)
2. Wake up early to watch the sunrise
3. Noah Purifoy's Outdoor Sculpture Park
4. Day trip to Pioneer Town
5. Stargazing at night time is a must!!
