Based on the popular comic book series 'The Adventures of Paula Peril', a courageous investigative reporter receives a tip that mobster Tony Carleoni is holding a meeting in a downtown warehouse. When her snooping is discovered, she is tied up in a room full of explosive chemicals, which is then set on fire. Will she escape alive to publish her expose?
This peril-packed seven minute video was directed by Bill McClelland and premiered at New York Comic Con in February 2007. Live stunt work and pyrotechnics created a realistic peril for actress Valerie Perez, appearing for the first time in the classic role, helped to design much of the fiery effects!
