Fixing A Madam Alexander 18 Inch Doll (Adult Doll Collector)

Описание: This is not meant for young children. I wanted to help parents fix their kid’s broken favorite dolls, instead of tossing them or paying a lot of money. That is why I buy broken dolls. Children should Not be allowed to do these repairs, if water gets in the eyes, it will rust and ruin the doll.

I believe this is a madam Alexander doll not a my life madam Alexander, but someone cut the tags. I don't think madam Alexander was making those dolls in 2009, which is what her head mold says and I don't believe she makes those dolls any longer because the face molds are not as cute.

Madam Alexander dolls are not supposed to get their hair and heads wet, but when they are being restored you have to wash out the dirt. Her hair wouldn't have appeared to be thinning if I had parted her hair down the middle, but a few of the hairs wouldn't separate very well down the part, and I always intended to give her a fish tail braid.

Shine marks happen when your doll rubs against a hard surface, either when fixing her or just changing her clothes and can't be removed fully. They lighter now that I cleaned her, but will always be there.
