Last year I made a gorgeous vintage red corrugated heart with a distressed music note background, and I loved it so much I wanted to make a PINK version as well. So that's what I did! Corrugated cardboard for the win for this budget friendly shabby chic Valentines DIY. It's so pretty it can actually be left out year round.
