The Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Annual Calendar is a 2010 Baselworld Novelty. At 43mm in case size, with a height of 14.5mm, the watch has a generously sloped crystal, making it wear slightly smaller. The watch does has some heft to it, thanks to the annual calendar included in the movement.

The strap is a special part of the watch. It features a matte black alligator leather, perfectly complementing the grey dial, silver case color, and white indices.

The Aqua Terra is one of the most versatile watches. You get both a durable 150m water resistance and a watch that can be worn in more formal environments.

There are gorgeous applied hour indices, a broad arrow hour hand, and a seconds hand featuring a small arrow with generous lume. True to the Seamaster's sports watch origin, everything on this watch is highly legible, including the month and date apertures at 3 o'clock.

The Omega 8601 powers this watch, only needing one adjustment a year during the February to March transition. Turning the watch over, you can see the movement with two mainspring barrels, giving the watch a 55 hour power reserve. The watch features ceramic, unlubricated, winding rotor barrings and amagnetic hairspring.

In addition to being co-axial, the watch is COSC certified. Since it does feature Month and Date, it can be easily set using the quick-set on the crown. In the second position on the crown, you cycle in one direction to change the date, and the other to change the month.
