For those who are unaware, the biggest issue with Seele right now (aside from multipliers) is that she can't guarantee her own kill. In a crit build, there is an incredibly high chance for her to have the kill stolen by someone else, whether it be their offensive action (ults, FuA) or by additional damage (Tribbie, Robin, Cerydra).
Superbreak fixes all of that since all the superbreak instances are counted as Seele's own damage as opposed to the character providing the superbreak. If you see the wind damage dealt by Cerydra, I believe in terms of damage instance timing that procs before the superbreak is calculated, since SB should be the last to be counted(?) CMIIW.
I'm not sure how much damage amp Fugue does is actually required, but if it isn't I can see E2+ Fugue working too. Dahlia definitely would wipe the wave anyway, and Cerydra definitely would not.
