I'm sure you've seen videos where teachers tell you to "stop saying" words because they are too "basic". Often, they want you to use "advanced words", idioms, or "business English".

In my opinion, these videos are very confusing, and they just make English learners feel bad about everything that they have learned.

In this video, I explain how I feel about communicating in English and why you don't need to listen to those teachers who are always telling you to stop saying things.
