In this video we celebrate Christmas at the beautiful Brite Lake Campground in Tehachapi, CA.
You will also be able to see Sherry cook our Christmas dinner. Roasted Chichen, Baked Sweet Potatoes and Sauteed Brussel Sprouts. It’s our first attempt to show he cooking and we hope you enjoy it and maybe even learn a little. We love to show that just because we live small doesn’t have to mean our food has to be boring. Cooking in a small space presents its challenges yet, we hope you can also see all that can be done.
