Comparing positive and negative numbers with an Excel chart

Описание: Setup a chart so that, where there are positive and negative numbers that need to be compared, you can see them all as positive numbers. To aid the comparison of the columns, we also slightly overlap the columns and change the numbers to be shown in millions instead of the full number.
