Sidhant was a fine athlete in his younger days and even represented Jammu & Kashmir in cricket, basketball and swimming at the national level.
As his father wanted him to became a pilot, so he went to Delhi for its ground studies, but someone asked him to have a photoshoot, and after that he got a chance to do modelling for a renowned denim brand.
After modelling, he did an acting course and started doing theatre to improve his acting skills.
In 2009, he contested in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9.
