In this video, you are going to look at some of the challenges that come with putting equitable laws and policies into practice to answer the question: What are the law and policy gaps in equitable education?
You will look at a number of these gaps, including when policies and laws may not support the same issue or cause, when marginalised groups are not reflected, and when laws and policies lack sufficient enforcement and implementation due to a lack of follow-up provisions.
