Filmed in December. I've been to Vientiane two times for a couple of days, City is interesting for two, max three days, you can see lots of french influences, especially in architecture. Vientiane people are very helpful, but if you came from Thailand, you will feel the difference. Nobody speaks English, if they speak any foreign language it is French.
Local people wear traditional clothes mixed with typical global brands.
The food is delicious and very cheap.
