Описание:
Sudden loss of power (not even limp home mode). Additionally- DPF might be too full (showed 75hPa) on idle. Should be below 20.
2 codes generated at same time:
ECM-44A0 - EGR position sensor - Signal too low
ECM-135F Mass air flow (MAF) sensor - Signal too high
Found out that EGR valve electronic actuator motor had failed and sensor does not show movement. Valve itself somewhat movable, but not fully closed. The correct one is salvage yard part that had not driven so many miles yet.
But I could be wrong and this sudden power loss might be related to the turbo control motor instead (I have an electric VNT control). Turbo VNT (Variable Nozzle Turbine) was moving freely. But that servo failed also soon/same time. Changed both - the EGR valve and turbo control motor same time so there is no way to tell now which one had more effect.
