Anti-terror training - SCO members hold Sahand-2025 joint military drill in Iranian Azerbaijan

Описание: The military forces of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) are participating in the Sahand-2025 joint counterterrorism exercises hosted by Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in northwestern Iran.

Footage filmed in Iranian Azerbaijan on Tuesday, shows military vehicles, soldiers, and helicopters carrying out field exercises, while the Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and several military leaders are seen inspecting the participating units.

According to Sergey Kisany, Secretary of the Executive Committee of the SCO's Regional Counterterrorism Structure: "Joint exercises serve as practical training to deal with potential situations and crises that any country may face."
