Brewed at 220F/100C for 6 brews plus wash. Started slightly astringent with mellow roasted notes, thick full body, strong minerality, and mellow floral notes with a mild sweetness poking through. as I drank more the astringency mellowed out and the the sweetness became more prevalent. The roastiness stayed mellow and became hard to notice towards the later steeps. Great tea for beginners and advanced drinkers alike. very approachable tea for daily drinking.
