Missouri Conservation Area: Campfire cooking

Описание: We are heading to Northern Missouri to Poosey Conservation Area to do some fall cast iron cooking and camping. On the menu is some wood-fired cast iron pot roast/stew, along with meatballs and cream of mushroom soup, as well as my go-to traditional breakfast burritos. Poosey Conservation Area is very big (almost 6000 acres!) and there are many sites and small lakes to take in. My personal favorite is the many small fishing ponds. Take a moment to leave the fast-paced life and see how it's done in Amish Country. Enjoy!
