Cole slaw:
Bag of coleslaw (Shredded green cabbage, red cabbage and carrots)
1 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of sugar
Onion powder
Black pepper
Adobo
How to prep the salt fish:
Boil twice (20 mins each time)
Pour off water and then submerge in cold water and refrigerate over night
Pour off water and mash up fish
Fish ingredients:
1 plum tomato
1/2 red pepper
Scallions
1 bunch of thyme
Black pepper
Sazon
Lawrys seasoning
Small piece of ginger
5-6 pieces of garlic
1 onion
Olive oil
Butter
1/2 Scotch bonnet pepper
