Floor Space Index (FSI), is the ratio of the total floor area of a structure (Built-up area) to the total Plot area (land). Floor Space Index (FSI) is also known as Floor Area Ratio (FAR). This numeric value of the Floor Space Index addresses the total amount of area (on all floors) you can build upon a plot.
