Door de toepassing van high tech vision technologie is deze machine in staat om de vorm van het product te herkennen en optioneel een kwaliteitsbeoordeling uit te voeren. Een set deltarobots zorgen er voor dat de juiste producten tot een correct (aantal, gewicht en kwaliteit) eindproduct gecombineerd worden. De flexibile uitvoerbaan zorgt er voor dat er gemakkelijk aangesloten kan worden op de gewenste verpakkingsmachine zoals bijvoorbeeld shrink wrap of flowwrap verpakking.

Our product weigh & combine robot cells are able to weigh products very accurately at high speed and combine a certain number to a common target weight.

By applying high-tech vision technology, this machine is able to recognize the shape of the product and optionally perform a quality assessment. A set of delta robots ensures that the right products are combined into a correct (number, weight and quality) end product. The flexible output path ensures that it is easy to connect to the desired packaging machine, such as shrink wrap or flowwrap packaging machine.

By integrating the optional tray denester, it is even possible to pack the products on a carrier. All this at a speed of up to 120 p/min.
