This video demonstrates how to replace the front and rear shocks without having to use a jack or removing any wheels and tires on the 1997-2003 Ford F-150 this procedure will also work for the 1999-2002 Ford Expedition as well. All four shocks were purchased as a set from Amazon and I will include a link below. These shocks will work for the stock height non lifted trucks with 4wd.
