Kadai Paneer, This Paneer Sabji usually cook in Kadai (Cookware) as the name suggest. This popular paneer recipe
cooked with spicy masala and onion based gravy along with capsicum, tomato and onions. There are mainly two variation to this dish, dry kadai paneer and kadai paneer gravy. The recipe I shared is Restaurant style kadai paneer, Dhaba Style Kadai Paneer has different gravy then this.
Ingredients: (Serves 4 Person)
For Kadai Masala:
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
2 Green Cardamom
2 Dry Red Chillies
Small Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves
8-10 Black Pepper Corn
For Gravy:
5-6 tbsp Oil
4 Chopped Onions
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1/4 Cup Curd
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
1/4 tsp Kitchen King Masala
Ginger Garlic Paste (5 Garlic Cloves + 1 inch Ginger + 2-3 tbsp Water)
Cashew and Melon seeds Paste (8-10 Cashew Soaked in Hot Water + 1 tbsp Melon Seeds, Grind it with some milk)
1 Bay Leaf, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 2 Green Cardamom, 2 Cloves, 5 Black Peppercorns
For Final Sabji:
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Garlic Paste
1 Diced Onion
1 Diced Capsicum
1 Diced Tomato
200 Grams Paneer
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/4 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
2 tsp Kadai Masala
1/4 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
Salt to Taste
Fresh Coriander
1 tsp Fresh Cream
Lemon Juice
