Affordable homes can be difficult to find on the Sunshine Coast - as we live in such a sought after and beautiful area in Australia. That said, affordable and mid-range homes are out there on the real estate market.

In this video I'm going to share with you my 3 favourite that I've recently sold.

38 Mandara Street, Wurtulla
Apart from the fact that I have a soft spot for Wurtulla, this home was a pleasure to sell. With it’s simple, ’on-point’ renovation and tasteful décor, this home appealed to a broad variety of buyers. Boasting close proximity to the beach and plenty of room for a pool in the back yard this home sold for $585,000

136 Chelsea Crescent, Minyama
This property was a rare find combining affordability and fantastic location in Minyama. Purchased for $652,500 before it even hit the market with advertising, the new owner saw the renovating opportunity to increase it’s value with it’s good bones and appealing floor plan.

28 Halyard Drive, Wurtulla
I loved this home – so manageable and perfect for the young family or downsizer. What appealed to me is how the Vendors had made the most of what the house had to offer. Neat, tidy, practical and it even had a ‘man-cave’ shed in the great sized backyard – best of all, it offered affordable living at $549,000 so close to the beach. Selling houses is my passion, I live, dream and talk about real estate every day and I absolutely love it!
