This Resistance Band Pilates workout is designed to help you sculpt your booty and strengthen your abs using a resistance band. With slow, controlled, and intentional Pilates movements, you’ll feel the burn without stressing your joints — perfect for at-home workouts.

In this class you will have gentle warm, spicy abs series with the resistance band, a booty burner series, and a core finisher that will get your core shaking!
✨ What to expect:
• Glute activation and sculpting
• Core strengthening and toning
• Low-impact, joint-friendly movements
• Resistance band sequences to challenge and shape

Equipment: Resistance band (optional — you can modify without one!)
Level: Beginner-friendly with options to progress

💡 Tip: Focus on pressing into the band and engaging your glutes and core for maximum results. Slow and controlled beats fast and sloppy every time!
