Should I Marry a Muslim Man? 😳

Описание: My name is Terese Bohler, I am 57 years old, a follower of Jesus Christ, it is my joy to share with you transparently about my life. I am one of six children born into a Catholic family. I am number three and the first girl in our family. We have a very close family. I was the first one to be born again in my family when I was 15 1/2 years old I met Jesus Christ in his beauty, his glory, and his salvation, repented of my sins, and asked him to come into my life and be my savior. He did, so gloriously, so beautifully, he delivered me instantly of sins, and I hungered and thirsted and after Him I am truly grateful for salvation. I must give glory to God as one by one all of my brothers and sisters were born again, and met Jesus Christ and are serving God.

I served God for two years. Drawing close to Jesus Christ, learning my Bible, going to Bible studies, church services, home groups. I then fell away into the world, backsliden. It was right at that time that I went off to university, and compromised my faith. I met an international student from Kuwait, but his origins are from Iran, both of his parents are Iranian. His family spoke Farsi in the home and Arabic outside of the home. He was a nominal Muslim, and I was a nominal Christian. This man became an idol for me, and many warned me about my backslidden state away from Jesus Christ, and about being involved with a Muslim man, but I would not listen at the time. I left the United States and moved to Canada in 1990. we were married in 1992, we had our first son in 1994, and by the grace and mercy and because our God, the one true living God, the God of the Bible is the covenant God, he drew me back to himself, and had mercy upon me, and I recommitted my life to him in Oct 1996.

My ex-husband was radical at heart as his parents were pro Khomeini, and he began to recommit himself to allah. Light and darkness clashed greatly. I was married to this man for 26 years, praying for his salvation, crying out to God, standing strong in God’s grace and strength alone. We had three sons together, they could never go to church with me, I am very grateful that they never fully embraced Islam, any of them. They all came to the Lord Jesus Christ, and a personal relationship with him, I taught them at home against their fathers wishes, it brought a lot of persecution , warfare, mistreatment. Islam is a demonic, religion, worshiping demons, and is rooted in witchcraft.

I was under the headship and leadership of my ex-husband, and his faith in allah which brought domination , control, intimidation, and mockery of my Christian faith. It is in this place that I went into a deep relationship with the God of the Bible, the God of love, the God of truth, the God of victory, where I learned warfare, extravagant worship, and devoured the word of God, as the word of God was my lifeline, my stronghold , my weapon. My ex-husband prayed five times a day fast during Ramadan, and fully embraced Shiite, Islam, listening to radical imams and teachers of Islam on the Internet. The last 10 years of our marriage were extremely hard, the last five years were practically hell on earth. I did not want to leave that relationship until the Lord released me from that relationship. God gave me the grace and the strength, the forgiveness, the love, the mercy, the intercession, for my ex-husband.

In 2012, the Lord released me from a 26 year marriage. My sons suffered greatly in many ways, especially my two younger sons, Ahmed and Ali. I am truly grateful and praising God that each of my children came to faith and belief in the Lord Jesus Christ, as their personal savior when they were young boys. I am trusting the Lord and his faithfulness, He is our covenant God, and he holds them close to His heart. Thank you for listening, and giving your time to read this bio, sincerely, Terese.
