Описание: This week on the Wood-Ridge Parents Podcast we recap a packed week of family, sports, and parenting moments around town.

Johnny competed at Youth Wrestling Regionals and brought home a 2nd place silver medal, battling tough opponents and showing incredible heart against older competitors. We break down his matches, the weigh-ins, and what it’s like navigating youth wrestling tournaments as parents.

We also talk about the boys starting at Potato Trained Wrestling Club, what they’re learning already, and how the transition from rec wrestling to club competition is a big step up. The growth in just a couple weeks has already been noticeable.

Outside the mats, Daniel had his First Reconciliation at church, which led to some funny parenting moments as we helped him figure out what exactly he should confess.

We also look ahead to upcoming local events including the Memorial Foundation Dinner, the next wrestling events, and some upcoming family trips including Atlantic City and the Showboat waterpark.

Between parenting, sports, school events, and trying to squeeze in a little fun, it’s been another busy week in the Staley household.
