This HCC Filling Line will improve the dependability of your cream cheese packaging with its servo-controlled, polished stainless steel pouchmaker, conveyor, and filling station. It is designed to reliably fill and package cream cheese with a capacity for 90-250g volumes. Looking for a larger size? We can do up to 2.2kg!
To ensure the reliability and speed for creating packages for your cream cheese the pouchmaker includes a core shaft assembly, unwind assembly, former assembly, side seal assembly, and opener/inserter assembly. The filler, in the second stage of the HCC Filling Line, includes the indexing conveyor, pouch flarer assembly, filling station, fin sealing station, and carton gluing assembly to ensure the speed and reliability of filling cream cheese into the packaging.
