At the request of a student I taught Vortex and Libellula in my spinning class last week. A few bruises later I got this little combo. 😁
If you‘re learning these moves, make sure to switch sides, as it can get painful if you overdo one side. Also, check out this entry into Libellula. I find spinning backwards and keeping the legs on the pole easier and smoother to enter.
