30 straight minutes of nature sounds and birds singing. Picture yourself walking next to a creek in the forest. You stop to feel the water. You stand on a rock in the middle of the creek and balance yourself there on one foot as the water continues to flow beneath your feet. This track is great for sleeping and meditation, but you could also use it to study or relax.

Behind the Playlist:
The whole idea for this relaxation playlist started for me after the Covid-19 pandemic hit when everyone started having to stay home in quarantine. I was working from home and not traveling anymore as a safety measure. I was tired of the car alarm and traffic sounds from my NYC apartment. I really started to miss the sounds of the outdoors and all the places I couldn't travel to anymore. To spruce up my work life during quarantine, I took audio files I had previously recorded of some of my favorite outdoor sounds and turned them into tracks to listen to while I work. Eventually I started using them to fall asleep and it's been really helpful for me. I wanted to share in case anybody else could use an escape from their day-to-day during the pandemic.
