Описание: Hello Love, thank you for joining me in my 21 day forgiveness journey. Over the past few years I have learned the importance that forgiveness plays in your life. If you aren't ready to forgive you aren't ready to progress in life.We can’t allow ourselves to be victims of our past. No matter how traumatic, hurtful or negative your past experience has been you can't stay there forever. I decided to start this 21 day forgiveness journey because I wanted to ensure that I can and will accomplish the things that I am purposed for. I want to have a happy and productive life but that is not possible unless I'm willing to allow forgiveness into my heart. It is not healthy or productive to live a life full of hurt, regret and shame. We first need to forgive ourselves for the things that we do have control over and to hold ourselves accountable for our own contribution to our pain. It's true that the trauma and hurt that we have experienced can affect every aspect of our lives including the decisions that we make consciously and subconsciously. However once you identify that its now your responsibility to start our healing journey to forgive and release those negative emotions that you have been holding onto. This 21 day forgiveness journey will be one of the most beneficial things that you have experienced in your life. This 21 day journey will force you to be open, honest and authentic about the emotions that you have been harboring and holding inside you. For this 21 day forgiveness journey we will be utilizing the book “Forgiveness 21 Days to Forgive Everyone for Everything” by Iyanla Vanzant. I decided to start this 21 day forgiveness journey with you for two reasons: one to hold myself accountable and to be consistent. Second to encourage you and aid in your forgiveness journey as well.
