Dark Souls 2 PvP - Drakeblood Greatsword Random Duels/Invasions (SL 135)

Описание: Hey everyone, here's a slightly overdue video featuring some fights with the Drakeblood Greatsword, and commentary that I hope isn't total shit. Enjoy.

If you don't feel like listening to my nasally, beta voice, here's the shit I say about the weapon itself in the video:
"This DLC sword has a few interesting things going for it, so I'll go ahead and get the downsides out of the way first, and when I think about it, I can really only come up with one to be honest, and that is that this sword is really fucking short, greatsword wise at least. Compare it to Black Dragon Greatsword, or the Claymore even, and you'll see that it's seriously lacking when it comes to blade length, but if you can deal with that, you'll come to realize that the Drakeblood is a pretty fun weapon to play around with.

Biggest thing that I like about the Drakeblood is the moveset, instead of the normal downward slash that a weapon like the Mirrah Greatsword would have on it's two handed rolling attack, the Drakeblood has a horizontal 360 slash move, similar to the Mastodon, and I think Bluemoon Greatswords. The two hand r2 configuration is also pretty unique, the first attack being a heavy horizontal cleave, followed up by a thrust move. One other thing to mention about this sword is that it has inherent lightning and magic attack, with both elements providing 50 of each of their damages, which is why you see me using aromatic ooze every fight.

Because of the built in magic and lightning damage, it can also be used with cleric or sorcerer builds, if you infused it or something. It also has and S scaling in Dexterity at plus 5, or at least I'm pretty sure it does, so that's pretty neat as well.

All in all, the Drakeblood is a fantastic dex based greatsword, and if you don't mind giving up some attack range, you'll find and excellent moveset coupled with pretty respectable damage. Plus, it looks pretty fucking cool, too."
