Описание: A large contingent of police personnel has been deployed at the Sarmanas Pilgaon Vedanta dumping jetty as Sarmanas–Pilgao villagers blocked the mineral transportation for the past six days protesting, what they termed as injustice. However, as government machinery moves to resume the previously halted mineral transportation today, the Mamlatdar of Bicholim, along with a large number of Bicholim police officers, is present at the site to maintain law and order.
