▷I obviously don't use negative affirmations, but I know some people are upset when subliminals use affirmations like "don't" and "aren't", and I do have some of those in this one. Things like "The sensory stimuli around me doesn't impact me negatively." If you're sensitive about those kind of affirmations then you can avoid this, but personally I've never found them negatively affecting.

▷Cool down: slowly and calmly come down from any agitated/overwhelmed feelings, stop intense/impulsive stimming or general frenzied movements that are a result of energized stress/meltdowns,
