In today's episode of a day in the life of a football player. I show you a training session that you can do alone, it's a great individual training session with many different drills for footballers. It has psychometric work for footballers, sprinting, technical drills for footballers and after that you see a tough workout you can do to get a six pack in 5 minutes. The ab workout is a tough workout for your core, involves many different exercises like the plank, bicycle crunches, leg raises and many more! As well as the physical training I also show you the diet of a professional footballer, how to eat like a pro player, this includes what a footballer has for breakfast, ideas for athletes for lunch, and a footballers dinner, on top of this you see some great protein rich snacks you can have to keep you going through the day!

I go through and show you what footballers should have for breakfast, what footballers should have for lunch, how footballers workout, a student athletes class, as well as anything else that goes on in a student athlete's life!
