Radyoya Dengê Gel on 11,525 KHz (25m Band), today 04 Dec 2024.
This clip was from around 09:39 UTC.
It was a very weak signal and the listing is 5khz off frequency, so maybe they had a recent frequency change.
I managed to find their website and confirmed the station by checking their online stream which matched what I was hearing.
At 5,200km its not the furthest station but I think a unique station.
Sorry the recording is not very good, I narrowed the bandwidth and boosted the level to make it more audible.
