HUALIEN EP 1:    • BAD START TO MY TRIP! | Hualien EP 1 [4K]  

🛤️In this episode, we visit Tianxiang in Taroko National Park as well as explore some food places in Hualien City. To be able to pray in front of the mighty Bodhisattva (地藏王菩萨) statue was a dream come true. My mom had a picture of it pasted in our living room and standing there facing the statue felt so surreal! We stood in front of the statue to pray for about 10-15 minutes as we pray for our family's health, occupation and prosperity. Being surrounded by mountains and cliffs felt so serene and peaceful.

📹The editing and filming style for this video is slightly different from my hotel review videos. I want this to be of a documentary style. Definitely there's still some things that can be improved (audio, colour grading etc.). This video was filmed with Insta360 and occasionally with my iPhone.

Note: This is a 4 part travel series. I'm currently working on EP 3. In the next episode as shown in the preview, I'll be exploring the remaining attractions in Taroko National Park - a place that's rich in history and geology as well as wander the streets of Hualien before we officially end our Hualien trip and travel to Taipei.
