Описание: This isn't the most fun to watch...or even do. However I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get it done before or after the 7:30 mark. The time/transitions for the cleans took about 10 seconds longer than I thought each go around. Ate into the clock I had planned prior. I was on the bike just under 7 minutes which was about what I was thinking based on an old competition I did that started with 100 calorie Echo bike. It did not specify...I'm sure the assault would have been quicker but not enough for me to be under the 7:30 mark. Definitely a hold onto the barbell workout as speed is your friend. I got 25 calories in the first 90 seconds as it did not state to start at 0:00 with the cleans. After that was pretty much 15 calories each minute I was on the bike. Added an extra 2 minute clock to in case we went over. 100 calorie Bike for time. Every 90 seconds perform 5 power cleans 135/95lb. Time cap 10 minutes, finished 8:46 RX.
