Ingredients :
Near to 1 kg bottlegourd
1 big tomato
1 medium sized onion
3 cloves of garlic
3 big kashmiri chillis
1/2 cup green coriander
4-5 tbs of oil
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp ginger julien cut
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp whole cumin seed
1/2 tsp black seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp crushed red chilli
1/4 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp salt
