This soft and elastic yogurt chiffon cake has a light texture and a fresh flavour. The ingredients you need are:
Ingredients (mould size: 6" or 15cm)
60g (or 1/2 cup) cake flour
35g (or 2.6 tbsp) corn oil
70g (or 4.6 tbsp) liquid type yogurt
3 egg yolks and 5g (or 1.2 tsp) sugar
3 egg whites
3g (or 0.6 tsp) lemon juice
40g (or 3.2 tbsp) sugar
