The Scap Squeeze strengthens the mid-back and scapular retractors, improving posture and shoulder positioning for throwing and overhead work.
How to Perform:
Stand or sit tall with arms relaxed at your sides.
Gently squeeze your shoulder blades together and down, holding for 3–5 seconds.
Relax and repeat with control.
