The North Olmsted Police Department has provided more information about Monday's attempted robbery of a Starbucks, including dashcam video that shows the suspect shooting at officers.
Police have identified the suspect as 30-year-old Dominque M. Hullum of Cleveland. He was arrested after allegedly shooting at police officers following a situation that started at around 8 a.m. Monday at a Starbucks in the 27100 block of Lorain Road.
A witness told police that a male subject entered the store with a gun and began to tell people to get on the ground, which surveillance video from the scene shows as well.
Officers responded to the scene as the suspect fled on foot. Dashcam video shows police tracking down the suspect at the area of Dover Center Road and Brookpark Extension. The police vehicle nudges the suspect, who then turns and fires at officers.
