Today I am pleased that the "Electronic Whind" on the organ has finally come to life. "Whind" was the secret sauce from Allen that provided randomness and 'breath' to the sound using special circuits that would overlay random AC voltage to the DC voltage that creates each note. It's not necessary to have working Whind to play the organ, but it's kind of an extra feature.
On this organ, there's a little too much Whind which causes some buzz and more hiss than I'd like, but that can be adjusted. Here's how it's sounding for the moment. I wound up using a lot of stops and couplers, still some ciphers, and some notes still definitely out of tune.
