UCLA held its 2026 Pro Day at the Wasserman Football Center and every NFL team showed up in Westwood. All 32 franchises sent scouts to evaluate Bruins players as the program continues to prove it can feed talent to the next level inside the Big Ten football landscape.
On this episode of UCLA Football TV, Westwood 739 breaks down what UCLA Pro Day revealed about the Bruins NFL pipeline, player development, Big Ten competition, and how the program continues positioning itself as a destination for players with NFL aspirations.
Pro Day is more than testing numbers. It is a full evaluation of the program. Scouts watch the drills, measure athletic traits, study movement patterns, and evaluate how players handle pressure during workouts. The presence of all 32 NFL teams shows the league still views UCLA football as a program capable of producing professional talent.
Anthony Farias delivered one of the strongest performances of the workout. Farias recorded 30 reps on the 225-pound bench press, a number that would have ranked first among running backs at the 2026 NFL Combine. He also posted a 10-foot broad jump, showing the explosion and lower-body power NFL teams evaluate when projecting running backs to the next level.
Garrett DiGiorgio also drew attention from scouts. After appearing at the NFL Combine, DiGiorgio continued his evaluation at UCLA Pro Day where teams focused on his versatility along the offensive line. His ability to play tackle, guard, and center adds value at the professional level where roster flexibility matters.
Gary Smith III used the day to reinforce his profile as well. In addition to measurable testing, Pro Day allows NFL scouts to evaluate energy, leadership, communication, and the presence players bring to the locker room environment.
During the receiver drills, Titus produced one of the flash moments of the workout with a one-handed catch that immediately caught attention. Those natural plays often stick with evaluators because they highlight hand strength, ball tracking, and finishing ability.
Logan Loya also returned to Westwood to participate in UCLA Pro Day after finishing his college career at Minnesota. The moment highlighted the strong ties many former Bruins still have with the program.
Former UCLA quarterback Ethan Garbers was also present throwing routes during the workout, helping receivers showcase their timing and route running during the evaluation period.
Several former Bruins returned to support the event, including Laiatu Latu, Greg Dulcich, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, Jay Toia, Brian Anderson, Jaylin Brown, Chase Griffin and Stevie Johnson. Their presence reinforced the connection between past UCLA players who reached the professional level and the next group chasing that opportunity.
Inside the Big Ten Conference, programs frequently use NFL success as part of their recruiting pitch. Draft picks, combine invitations, and professional contracts help prove a program can develop talent capable of reaching the league.
For UCLA football, Pro Day helps reinforce that pipeline.
When NFL teams continue returning to evaluate players in Westwood, it signals the Bruins remain part of the national development conversation.
The question now is whether UCLA can turn that attention into a consistent pattern by continuing to develop players capable of reaching the NFL.
