There's Probably Much Better Tutorials Out There But This Is How I Wire Most Of My Miniature Lamps/Lights (Not Necessary The Right Way To Do). The Micro LED Fairy Wire Lights Are A Cheap And Easy Way To Make Miniature Lights.
What I learnt from the black and red wire lights is that the black wire has to touch the negative side (This is the side with nothing written on it on the flat round batteries) and the red wire with the positive side. I'm not sure if this would be the same colouring with other LED lights.
With the micro LED lights (copper and silver wire) I try each end on the negative and positive sides and then mark the wires with black marker pen for negative side and red marker pen for positive side. The white wire you can add as extension any which way you want but then you have to try the ends to see which one is the positive / negative end (then mark them with marker pens) I haven't mixed the copper with the silver wire lights but would assume that would be ok. It's just finding out the negative and positive ends. It also depends on how many lights you wire together as you might need higher voltage battery etc. I hope this makes sense.
